  Keeps the local organization informed about amendments and changes to local, state and national by-laws; act as vehicle for proposing new by-laws at local, state or national level.

  Initiates and implements well-coordinated programs in agreement with the Federation's and local organization's objectives; programs should pertain to current social, economic and political objectives. Chaired by the President-Elect.

  Coordinates and manages the Job Expo fundraising event.
Legislative Chair Vacant
  Carries out the Federation's legislative program by sponsoring and supporting legislative and administrative action; keeps members informed of important legislative and administrative actions at the local, state and national level.
Membership Chair MaryEllen Mendl
  Promotes, expands and orients the membership of the club; contributes to the strengthening and growth of the club. Chaired by the Vice President.
Personal Advancement Marie Eddy
  Promotes the interest of women in the areas of career attitudes and opportunities for leadership development; plans and coordinates Individual Development Workshop.
Public Relations Chair Jennifer Nachbur
  Promotes the organization in general.
Scholarship Chair Marie Eddy
  Liaison to VSAC for BPW/Burlington scholarships; coordinates review of applicants and selection of scholarship recipients.
Special Events Chair Barbara Kaufman
  Plans all social events not handled by other committees; Business Women's Week: initiates and carries out plans and activities for the events occurring during Business Women's Week in October.
Yearbook Angelique o'Keefe/Barb Kaufmann
  Designs, organizes, gathers information, writes, edits, reproduces, collates and distributes the Yearbook.
Young Careerist Chair Kim Odachowski
  Recognizes young women for their contribution to their profession and to their community; assists membership in the recruitment of young working women.
